Arrested for "begging", and "loitering".?

Hi, In most jurisdictions, you have to have a permit to 'beg'. However, since you were charged and arrested you have probably spent a night or two in jail. You either had to make bond or were released on your own recognizance in order to have access to this computer you are using. I wouldn't worry about it. Its a minor misdemeanor and what little sentence you may receive is not going to do you in. If it's a few days in jail, at least you will have food to eat. Having this type of misdemeanor on your record is not likely to prohibit you from going on with your life. If you were a juvenile it would be expunged.
